This Confidentiality Policy defines the rules governing access to investor materials of the Złap Pracę project (hereinafter: the “Project”).

1. Nature of Materials

Investor materials, including the Pitch Deck, presentations, financial projections, and strategic information, are confidential and provided solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment.

2. Scope of Confidentiality

The recipient agrees to:

• not disclose the materials to any third party,
• not use the information for competitive purposes,
• not copy or distribute the materials without prior consent of the Project owner.

3. No Public Offering

The materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a public offering or a binding investment proposal.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Project shall not be liable for any investment decisions made based on the provided materials.

5. Data Controller

Personal data provided in the access form is processed solely for the purpose of granting access to investor materials and contacting you regarding potential investment matters.

6. Final Provisions

Accessing the investor materials constitutes acceptance of this Confidentiality Policy.
